How to parse content of XML file into various tables in APEX21.1

Hi Experts,
Im using APEX21.1, and im calling an API (TextKernel) that return an XML response.
My need is to store the information of the XML result in several and different tables.
Has anyone among you ever tried to do this, or has an idea of how to produce this?
