How to overcome excel rows limitation

I am using Oracle COM Automation for migration of data from oracle to MS Excel
but finding limitation of approx 66,000 rows in excel sheet.
How to overcome It? or is there any solution to migrate bulk of data from oracle
to MS Excel.
