how to output title in spool test file

I run a script report that works well on the screen. But the title works on screen and does not export to spool test file as I saw on the screen .
syntax as we i use ttitle left "1) report in Sep. 2012 " skip 2

I use oracle 11g and 10g in window 2008 or window 7 but both failure for thsi point.
