How To Open Physical Standby For Read Write Testing and Flashback 12c

Dear All Expert,

I am looking for the Physical Standby For Read Write Testing and Flashback method for 12 c.

i found Doc ID 805438.1 for 11.2. but i am looking for 12.1.0.2, could we use same procedure for 12 c also?
