I have created one CR with one column that contain btn, to open modal page using plsql, like this:
then '<a href="' || apex_util.prepare_url('f?p=&APP_ID.:13:&APP_SESSION.:::13:P13_ID,P13_ID_UP:' || l.id) ||','||'1'|| ',p_checksum_type => ''SESSION'
'"class="t-Button t-Button--small t-Button--hot t-Button--simple t-Button--stretch">Créer la demande</a>'
But when i click on the button nothing happens.
