How to open dataguard as read only mode?

HI,

I have configured the physical dataguard without brokerage architecture and its runnig in production env.

And My standby is currentlly running in mount state, and Now I want to open it as read only mode for Reporting perpose.

So, Please assist me how to open standby databse in read only mode??
and Please provide me the steps.
