how to obtain week 53 ??

if your use the format TO_CHAR(SYSDATE,'IW') which start on monday and ends up on sunday, Then the last week of the year 2003 is week 53 but format above shows it as week 01.

How can I manage to obtain week 53 out of it.

any help will be higly appriciated.
