How to obtain maintainable CIDR ranges for elocation.oracle.com (Akamai) to support egress allowlisting

Context

  • We’re implementing outbound connectivity controls and need to allow traffic to elocation.oracle.com.
  • The hostname is served via Akamai, so returned IPs can vary by resolver location, EDNS Client Subnet, and time (TTL, geo/steering).

Questions

  • What is the recommended method to derive and maintain a reliable set of CIDR ranges for elocation.oracle.com given Akamai’s dynamic DNS?
  • Are there Oracle- or Akamai-published IP/CIDR references for this property or its delivery platform?
