How to navigate to new form on button click in form builder

I have created a form using form builder and need to navigate to a new form by clicking on a button (name: Application Form)for suppose to fill in the details by an applicant.I require that the main form should remain open when the new form is opened.What code will be used for this.
Any idea will be higly appreciated.
