How to navigate through Chart in OBIEE 10g

Hi,

I have a requirement like this in OBIEE 10g.

In the dashboard there is a vertical bar chart as below.

x axis -- project number
y axis - Forecast, Commitment, Incurred Cost

Now the requirement is to if the user click on the vertical bar of forecast then it will redirect the page to another window say A, if user click on vertical bar Commitment then it will redirect the page to another window say B and so on.

How can I implement this in OBIEE 10g. Please guide.

Can anyone please help to solve this.
