How to move Horizontal result set into Vertical.

Hi,
I have a requirement where i need to translate my records from Horizontal to Vertical.

Consider a scenerio:

Table X having A and B columns. This table has only 1 record having values A' and B' respectively

I want my output to come in this form( in the form of ref cursor):

A A'
B B'

Please suggest.
