How to mount the /OVS on SAN in Oracle VM Manager 2.2.0

703456Sep 17 2009 — edited Apr 5 2011
I have used VM Manager 2.1.2 for testing which worked fine. Now we are trying to implement Oracle VM Manager 2.2.0 using SAN for the storage rather than the server Hard Drive.
But in this release the architecture has changed a bit. In Previous versions there was partition /OVS (ocfs2 type) on root where the directories iso_pool, seed_pool, running_pool etc. used to be present. But in version 2.2, /OVS is a symbolic link which is pointing to the folder /var/ovs/mount/41B1FE8073984DF88748FA3C14466E81 (ocfs2 type)

How do I point the SAN to the parent directory to install the files iso_pool, seed_pool, running_pool etc..

Clear steps would be appreciated. Else please help me with the link to do the same.

Thanks in Advance.
