How to monitor rman backup

Hi,
We're using Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Release 4 Grid Control for monitoring our databases.
We' d like to use OEM to monitor our rman backups. We'd like to be alerted if a full/incr/archivelog is not running successfully for more then two days, for example. We'd like to be alerted if a rman backup is failing for more then two times in a row.

Any idea ?
