how to modify , a read only workflow (not seeded one)

good day,

I need to modify one existing workflow(using in 11i) which in not seeded one but develeped in house . But when i open the workflow in the workflow builder, its readonly. i am not able to change anything . Can any one know , please provide how to make it modify.
