Hi ALL,
We have a TEST database which is supposedly "idle" since no one is using it right now.
But when I monitor "top" command, I see processes with high CPU usage which constantly sitting at the top spot, all the time.
It seems that this program is "looping" infinitely?
How do I minimize its CPU consumption?
The processes belongs to ora_qmnc_UAT and all ora_q000_UAT sub-processes.
Please help....
