How to migrate tables and data from IBM DB2 (OS/390 or Z/OS) to ORACLE

Hello,

I've downloaded Oracle Migration Workbench including the DB2/400 plugin.

Is this plugin compatible with OS 390 or zOS?
E.g. can I migrate tables, datas, etc. from DB2 (on OS/390 mainframe) to any version of Oracle?
