How to migrate FDMEE "data" from one environment to another (and automate it)

HI EPM Infra gurus! I'm trying to create a routine in which I can perform an automated migration between two same version EPM system environments. 11.1.2.3.7xx in this case. Part of this requires me to be able to move ALL of the FDMEE data for history into this second DR site environment on a scheduled basis. The DR environment will have unique host names and be built on a clean net new installation of the same software stack.

I'm struggling with the FDMEE data piece. Has anyone been able to accomplish this WITHOUT having to reload the FDMEE data in parallel each month? I know I can move the object artifacts and configuration however the only solution I can think of is to have the client load FDMEE data in both Prod and DR each month to keep things in sync.

Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated!
