How to Migrate ADF Application from 11g to 12C...

Hi,i was recently joined in one of company on Oracle ADF Developer,none of working on ADF,they developed application on ADF with

Oracle JDeveloper 11.1.1.2.0,but they are migrating ADF Application from 11g to 12C,how to do,please help me ASAP...
