How to manually create Multi Row Process

Hi Experts,

Im using Apex 4.1,

I'm so new to apex. I have seen that when we add a Tabular Forum to a apex page with Insert,Update,Delete operation apex adds MRU (Multi Row Update), MRD (Multi Row Delete) page processes. I'm trying to create a classic report and make columns editable and then create MRU and MRD page processes manually and implement same functions as Tabular Form. Can someone tell me how to create a MRU and MRD processes manually ?

I tried to create a MRU using DML but it displays the Process Type as "Automatic Row Processing".

Really appreciate if someone can help me on this.
