How to make oraclediagent status as running in EM .?

Hello Expertise,

Can anyone say me on "How to make the status of oraclediagent in EM " status as running from failed,

For now, I have started the agent and even I'm able to schedule the interfaces and packages, but still my oraclediagent status is been in failed mode in Enterprise Manager.

Is there anything more I need to start ??
