how to make html code as browser compatible

i have developed one application with struts. This application contains JSP pages also. These JSP pages are using for front end. The problem here is that...the page is displaying in I.E. correctly but where as if i use mozilla ..i am not getting format as I.E.

What i have to do.....how to make my JSP page as browser compatible
