How to make file upload with jQuery (with latest look and feel )

We have developed a NLP based chatbot so below is the look

But now we want to include file upload. if user clik one attach(link) then we should allow users to add into and show show the file names top of the input text and user will ask prompt and click on “send” button.

can anyone suggest or add yoru thoughts How to do
if I'm adding file inputFile then it showing choose File button ect.
