how to make expdp faster

Hi All,

i am using oracle 11g(11.2.0.4).

i am using below command for exporting the full dump. The data base size is around 40 gb. but it is taking more than 3.5 hrs. even i stop the app server.

expdp schemas=abc directory=exp_dir compression=all dumpfile=ABC_28.dmp logfile=ABC_28.log STATUS=30

please help me how can i make it faster.
