How to make Excel column Merge and Center, Wrap Text and Align text left.

Hello All,

I am using forms 6i and database 9i.
Form the forms 6i I am generating the excel file. I am putting some of the text in the excel file with column 1 and line 10. But the data is too long like below.

"This is inform you that, your sales order has been processed and you will get the details as very soon".

But when user is printing the line some of the text are printing in the different page. My requirment is when I am putting this text I would like to merge the columns and wrap the text with align to the left so it will come in a sing page when I am printing.

The template excel also not the solution as the files data are not fixed, Some time it will big message with different data and some time small data.
