How to make a text box visible/hide on click of a radio button

hi all,

I have a problem. If user selects a radio button, a text box has to be displayed. IF user doesn't click this radio button, this text box should not appear. And also, onpage load, this text box should be hidden.

Can anyone please tell me how to do it?
