how to make a Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) file

Hello,
i have looked on the web and through these forums and have not found an answer to my question. I need to make a MMS file with a picture inside using java on a PC. i cannot find a way to do it on the computer. i have it can be done on a mobile phone but that is no good to me.

i am using clickatell messaging service and need a mms file so i can send a picture to someones phone.

anyone know if this is possible.
