how to logout APEX SSO

I am using oracle SSO for authentication scheme. When I click logout link, I noticed only apex session cookie is reset to -1, the cookie created by SSO login is still there. The user can click browser back button and run the application (with different session number) without login again.

How to clear SSO cookie when user click the logout link? Thanks.
