How to login to SQL Plus????

Hi

It's me Sean.

I've just installed Oracle Dev Suite 10g and it all went good.

when i launch from Start > Programs > Oracle - Dev Sutie 1 > Application Development> SQL Plus, the LogOn window appears asking for:

Username, Password and Host String.

But during the installation I wasn't ask to provide any input. when I leave all the fields blank and click on Ok button still in main page of SQL Plus it still asks me for
credential.

How would I provide the input for Username, Password and Host String?????

Is it the same credential as when I login to Oracle DB 10G XE????

Please let me know where to get all this credentials. I've read all the installation documents for Oracle Dev Suite 10 documents library but it doesn't talk about
LogOn credentials.
