How to log into Apex when password is forgotten?

This post will probably win the "dumbest question of 2013" award. I thought I knew my Apex password, and I had it written down, but Apex isn't accepting it. The error message is "Invalid Login Credentials". I know the database is up because SQL*Plus is working. Is there a default password, or some other trick, to get me into Apex? Perhaps there's a query I can run in SQL*Plus that will reveal my password. Thank you!

P.S. I'm running 4.1 on Windows 7 with Oracle 11g.
