how to log in with DBA role

Hello,
I've installed my own Oracle 10g database onto my computer, but I can only log in as SCOTT/TIGER. This account only has the connect and resource roles, but I'd like to log into the database as a user with the DBA role. Could anyone please let me know how to do this? Thanks!
