How to load Metadata/data in FDM using Flatfiles? (Urgent)

Hi All Experts,

We want to load data and Metadata in to FDM Application using Flatfiles which is extracted from OeBS... I found Adapters for OeBS and other Sources but i did not found any Adapters for FlatFiles...
can any one let me know how to do this....... if any supporting doc that would be great help
