how to learn oim

Hi All,

i am currently working in sun identity manager. i am planning to move in to oim. in oim i see the many tech is there, which i need to learn. and what is easy way to learn. is it only oracle documentation or can i get any videos or something. please suggest me on this. thanks in advance.
