how to launch VNC console to VM?

Hi, all!

It's not clear for me how to launch VNC console from my workstation (Windows) to newly created VM (OEL). I installed Real VNC viewer & server to my workstation. Have i configure it to make a connection?

I created VM and start it. It has staring status. When i tried to launch Console using Oracle VM Manager web page, i downloaded console launcher and started it. Program with Java logo appeared and i get small window with one edit box. No any window with Linux anaconda installer appeared like in Oracle VM documentation.

I would like to establish direct connection using VNC viewer, but i don't now how...
