How to launch exe-file with parameters

Hi all,
Im having real difficulty with getting my Runtime code to work the way I want it to.
I want to launch an exe-file (thats not the problem) with some parameters to it.
If I was to start it from a .bat-file it would go like this--> c:\folder\folder\file.exe +connect <host>
any ideas? I would be sooo greatful
