How to know DELTA for various performance statistics

I want to deploy some scripts so that i can do pro-active performance tuning/monitoring in oracle 10.2.0.3 databases runing on UNIX.
To have them forcast such valuable information, i need to put various DELTA/THRESHOLDS upon current database trends and utilization.
EG.
1)Tablespace Growth trends (Delta required is : avg space usage in last 30 days)
2)Number of FTS(Max FTS for specifc busy hrs over past 30 days)
3)Stale statistics (what should be the baseline stats)
4)Nested loops involving large cardinalities
5)Hash join between large tables
6)Avg physical read/write time
7)Avg CPU/Mmeory utilization
I believe with AWR and ASH framework, there must be some dictionary views which i can refer to?
