How to invoke third party web service in ODI 12c

Hi experts,

Could any one help or provide me with documents/link which gives the brief idea on how to fetch the data from a third party web service

First of all i´d like to say that i´m new to ODI and invoking web services.

I would like to consume an external web service(RightNow) from ODI 12c... I don´t know the steps needed to achieve this task and i couldn´t find any manual, guide or technical documentation... can someone help me with this matter?
