How to invoke one canvas from another canvas?

Can you please suggest how can i invoke one Canvas from another. Here is my requirement:
I have 3 canvases - MenuCanvas, EmployeeCanvas and DepartmentCanvas. When form executes user will see Menucanvas with 2 buttons (one for Employee and another for Department). When user click Employee button, EmployeeCanvas should be shown and the same for Department button. Please suggest the best way of doing this.
