How to integrate the Oracle Retail Customer Engagement (ORCE) with other applications

Hi Experts,

I have installed Oracle Retail Customer Engagement (V16ORCE) on premise. I am new to this application. How can i integrate this application with other applications ? How can I get the data to this application ?. Do i need to manually import it is there a way for it ?

Help is needed !
