how to integrate patchset in 10g client installation

Hi all,

Actual situation:
I have to install first the oracle client (10.2.0.3 for Windows 32bit or 10.2.0.1 for Windows 64bit) and then manually to install 10.2.0.4 Patch set to upgrade the client to 10.2.0.4.

My question:
Is there a possibility that I can include the 10.2.0.4 Patchset directly into a 10g client installation?

The goal:
I would like to create a unattended 10.2.0.4 client installation so that I don't have to install and configure everything manually.
