How to integrate maven with java project

I have a multiple module project in java and I'm using Maven2 to build the project. Can anyone please help me out on how to integrate this java project with Maven2. I'm using Eclipse as SDK. I had already visited http://maven.apache.org
but didn't found any fruitful information.
