How to install SunMSCAPI

Hello all,

I installed Jre 1.7.0_51-b13 on my Windows 7. When I tried to get Keystore-MY I had gotten the message "java.security.NoSuchProviderException: no such provider: SunMSCAPI".

Please tell me how can I install this provider?
