How to install SQLPLUS on existing Oracle database?

We have the following Oracle version:

Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Prod

PL/SQL Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production

"CORE 10.2.0.1.0 Production"

TNS for 32-bit Windows: Version 10.2.0.1.0 - Production

NLSRTL Version 10.2.0.1.0 - Production

Our database is missing SQLPLUS to which I found out that I could install an Instant Client package.

I found this list of instant clients from Oracle:Instant Client downloads for Microsoft Windows (x64)

However, it does not have the version 10.2.0.1.0.

Can I still install the instant client with a different version and which packages should I install?
