How to install SQL Developer 4.1 on Win10?

Hi guys,

today I tried to install the SQL Developer 4.1 on a Win10 machine. First I tried with the version which contains the JDK and afterwards I installed the jdk1.8.0_51 manually and used the normal SQL Developer packages.

My problem is that the SQLDeveloper can't be started. During the first trial an error occurred that an dll couldn't be executed. With the manual installed JDK the SQLDeveloper processes is getting killed during the splash screen while starting something with 'Register....'
