How to install export/import utility

Hi,

I have installed 11.2.0.1 and when I run the export (exp) I got the following error:

XP-00003: no storage definition found for segment(0, 0)

So I tried to install client 11.2.0.2. I downloaded Oracle file4 out of file7.

I install the instance client but is unable to find exp/imp utilities in the folder.

Please guide.
