How to Install EAS Client on user machine?

HI All,

Server version: 11.1.2.1 64bit
Client machines: 32bit

I have mostly used the EAS Web Launcher to open EAS console on user machines. At one specific client, I'm unable to open the Web Launcher. It gives an error of jre not available. So a couple of questions that I had are:

1. Does the user need Admin rights to his/her machine in order to lauch Admin console over Web as "jre" needs to be installed?
2. If I need to install the Console manually on each users machine, do I need to separately download 32bit files? Will i also need all Foundation (Part 1-7) to just install Admin Console?
