How to Install bcm43xx-fwcutter.tar.gz2 Driver

I installed Solaris only networks card wasn't installed driver.
My Wireless card's BCM43xx and Ethernet's BMC44/100

I downloaded that drivers but i don't how to install them.

Please help me! thank!
