How to install 9.2.0.5 patch set ro 9.2.0.1

I have the following problem:
I am trying to install the patch 9.2.0.5.0 on 9.2.0.1.0.
I recive this msg after I try to install the patchset:
"There are no patches that need to be applied from the patch set Oracle9i patch set 9.2.0.5.0"
I alredy have installed 10.x.x.x universal Installer.
I am running win2003 server.
I also read teh readme that came with the patchset but I don't realy understand what they want me to do. They say see the Database Migration Guide but there I cannot find anything.
Please, help. Thanks a lot in advance.
