How to insert Spanish characters (á,é,ñ)

Hi.

I try to insert Spanish characters (á,é,í,ñ,¿,!,...) but it insert other characters example: a instead á or ? instead ñ.

I work with VB.NET (framework 1.1), and ODP.NET 9.2
