How to insert huge records into table for practice.

Hi,

I have created a new database in my personal box. Now i want some sample records for practice different feature of oracle 10g.I need at least 1,00,000 records with different rows and columns.
can any buddy tell me any query or package which can create table and insert the unique records in that table.

Looking for valuable opinions.
