How to insert an image into Database table field using ADF

I am new to ADF.
I created a Database table that contain employee details. It contain a column to store images of employees.
After that i created an Entity Object and view object and an Application module..Then i created jspx file called createEmployee..To that file,i drag and drop the data control and select ADF Form...also drop the create and commit from the operations..
But i am not getting the field to upload the image.That image field is also a text field in the jspx file..
How i upload images of employee in the table?..I create the field in the Database for this image as BLOB..am using JDEVELOPER 11g
